Our Pioneers

​

Our roots stem from being a family-oriented organisation. Back in the early '90s, our founder, A. Rahim Jaafar, saw a niche in the road freight industry where we could thrive. Starting with a handful of dedicated staff, we have grown to over 200 members across the peninsula.

Our leadership believes in the importance of supporting our staff and their families. Through understanding their needs and facilitating their development, our teams have reciprocated by demonstrating their loyalty and tenacity in contributing above and beyond their core responsibilities.

In its second generation, our current leadership is now focusing on steering the organisation towards the digital era of industry 4.0.

In a speech given by Mr Izad:
"We prioritise our people at the forefront of our business. The ones who have dedicated their entire lives with a single collective belief of improving the quality of life for our next generation. Tonight we honour their sacrifice and contribution.

Without them (our pioneers), there will be no IFL."
